2011-03 Indonesia Raja Ampat Dive Safari

At first time I arranged a presentation of extraordinary uw-pictures in a slide show. These pictures were shot by my son. Some pictures seemed to be drawn and not shot by a camera. The Soundtrack was produced and arranged by the Tunguska Electronic Music Society. They made friendly and amazing chillout music. These pictures were recorded in the wider area of Raja Ampat while the Tsunami last year in Pacific area occured. Pygmi sea horses and some nudibranches are difficult to get.

2010-09 Myriads of swarm fishes Seychelles/Mahe

A dream within a dream like E.A. Poe wrote. Myriads of swarm fishes were producing a vibrant atmosphere. It is a longer clip to abduct you to the variety and prettiness of the underwater world. Please, take your time and relax…. The music was again composed and produced by Serakina.

2010-09 Eagle rays Seychelles/Mahe

You will see some short clips with formations of eagle rays or single ones although it was ‘snowing’ under the water. Especially the last clip is very nice with the patterned eagle ray.

2010-09 Morays Seychelles/Mahe

This compilation of different types of morays was filmed around several places around Mahe. All morays were dynamic and curious…

2010-09 Stingray Seychelles/Mahe

The first stingray you will see is a real giant. I estimated that the main body of this guy has a plain of at least 2 sqm. A good reference is the striped remora which was cruising around the stingray. The dive spot is called ‘Lost City’.

2010-09 Ennerdale wreck Seychelles/Mahe

It is a phantastic wreck near Mahe. Unfortunately, the visibility was particularly not very good. The Ennerdale wreck is a tanker that is worth to be visited because so many different types of fishes are living there. The depth is around 30m, strong current can occur, so that I recommend this wreck for advanced divers.
The final CI of abu abDul and abDul is used.

2010 Imagefilm Bluewater Safaris (Boat dive trips)

My son and I produced this imagefilm to deliver impressions for those who want to undertake a dive safari in the Red Sea. Thanks to Judith and Bernard! Unfortunately, the main part of this video is only held in German language. A version with subtitles will follow later on this year.

2010-09 Seychelles/Mahe Durban dancing shrimps

That was a really funny encounter because at first glance I did not recognize theses little shrimps. They are moving quickly and then suddenly stopping-a moving process similar like a tango. So some people call them ‘Tango shrimps’.

2010-09 Seychelles/Mahe Shark Bank Nurse sharks and sleeping White tip sharks

‘Shark bank’ is a famous dive spot around Mahe. The initial sequence was filmed there. Another highlight is the dive spot ‘Lost city’ where the first sleeping white tip shark was filmed.

2010-09 Seychelles/Mahe Striped eel catfish

At the bottom of the wrecks ‘Two badges’ you will find this kind of fishes. Their movements are amazing, especially if they are exercising ‘free-swimming’ in a formation like a sphere.
